Heino Schrader is Senior Director in SAP S/4HANA Product Management and has been part of the SAP ecosystem for many years. In his story he recalls a special moment from the early days of erp4students: a meeting at CeBIT 2006 where he first heard the idea that later became erp4students. A look at 20 years of erp4students from the perspective of the SAP ecosystem. In 2006, during the CeBIT trade fair, Heino Schrader was presenting the SAP University Alliances program at the SAP booth. During the event, Dipl. Wirt.-Inf. Pouyan Khatami approached him with a new idea aimed at expanding learning opportunities for students in the SAP environment.
The idea immediately convinced him. He recognized its potential to complement the SAP University Alliances program and provide students with practical access to ERP and SAP learning. Two decades later, that first encounter marks the beginning of a success story connecting universities, students, and companies worldwide.
