From the upcoming winter semester 2023/24, we will offer a new course module and thus two new courses: SAP SD - Sales Order Processing with SAP S/4HANA & SAP SD - Pricing, Delivery and Billing with SAP S/4HANA (SAP consultant certification is possible).
Sales and Distribution is of great importance for any company, as it is the central piece for establishing customer relationships, selling products and generating revenue. The corresponding sales and distribution application SAP SD helps implementing and running sales-relevant business processes, starting with identifying sales opportunities, coordinating sales processes, distributing products, and billing the customers.
Sales and ditribution has two main tasks: On the one hand, building and establishing customer relationships. On the other hand, selling and distributing products. Utilizing the seemless process integration with all relevant logistical and financial processes, the sales processes running within a company can be monitored, analyzed and optimizing to increase customer satisfaction, tighten customer relationships and ultimatively increase the company’s revenue and profits.
